The Funds

Various funds within The RCR Trust Fund have been created to support the financial needs of Regimental activities. The names of the current funds and their purpose is as described in the table below.

The Regimental Operations Fund Supports RHQ operating expenses which include sub-accounts for capital, investments to pay museum salaries and other administrative expenditures
The Regimental Growth Fund

Supports maintenance and replenishment of Regimental Dress Uniforms and the Regimental Pipes and Drums
The Museum Endowment Fund

Supports maintenance of the Regimental Museum
The Royal Canadian Regiment Heritage Fund

Supports Regimental history projects
The Regimental Communications Fund

Supports publication and distribution of the Regimental journal, Pro Patria
The Academic Awards Fund

VC Memorial Trust)
Provides annual bursaries to students attending the University of New Brunswick (UNB), Acadia University, Western University, Memorial University and the Royal Military College. The fund also supports UNB’s Gregg Centre for the Study of War and Society
The Corporal Brent Poland Education Fund for Children of Fallen Soldiers Provides financial support to children of Regimental members, who died in the service of Canada, to access post-secondary education
The Royal Canadian Regiment Association Fund Is held for and disbursed by the Association
The Royal Canadian Regiment Association Service and Assistance Fund Provides emergency assistance to members of the Regimental Family
