Our membership application, called Member365, is designed to allow us maintain your contact details. It also permits us to send regular communications, e.g. the monthly newsletter, conduct surveys ( and a check on who engages with the site).
Part of the annual requirement used by the Member365 app, is for members to review their contact information. If you don’t do so, the app listed you as “lapsed”, i.e., non-active.
Although the app is set to provide members with three reminders to log in and check their information, quite a few fail to do so. The result is that after two years as a “lapsed” member, your membership is archived.
